I’m a Senior Program Manager with 20+ years delivering complex, cross-functional technology programs across enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, and service environments. I build program structure from the ground up, align engineering and business stakeholders, and manage competing priorities at scale to drive predictable delivery.

I bring deep Agile and SAFe expertise, strong executive communication skills, and a proven track record of stabilizing delivery during organizational change and growth. In recent roles, I reported directly to the CTO and CEO, led program delivery across distributed teams, and restored stakeholder confidence by rebuilding Jira boards, workflows, and epic-level roadmaps to reflect real dependencies and timelines.

I’m also known for continuous improvement and governance: I provide program health reporting (KPIs/OKRs), lead risk identification and mitigation, and coordinate resource and dependency management to protect schedules. From Agile adoption to merger integration planning and enterprise cloud and SaaS upgrades, I focus on delivery discipline that preserves team ownership of solution design and business outcomes.
