At the Institute for Affirmative Action, I conduct research on social and economic inequalities, develop programs, and oversee projects advancing the organization's priorities. I also provide strategic support for advocacy, research, and capacity building focused on social justice.

As an Advisor to the Mayor with UNDP Kosovo, I undertake needs assessments and support project development and oversight for the Municipality of Kamenica's work serving disadvantaged groups. I’ve also written op-eds on gender inequality at S'bunker and reported and conducted research at Balkan Investigative Reporting Network.
