Donat Krasniqi

I’m a Video Editor, Post-Production Specialist, and Creative Lead with 5+ years of experience across social media, YouTube, branded content, motion design, and post-production management. My career has developed from hands-on editing into roles where I combine creative work with team supervision, workflow management, quality control, and content performance analysis.

At Jellysmack, I progressed from Senior Video Editor to Editing Supervisor and then Post Production Manager. As an editor, I worked across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok content, focusing on pacing, hooks, storytelling, retention, and overall viewer engagement. As an Editing Supervisor, I led a team of 20+ editors working across accounts and creators including MrBeast, WhistlinDiesel, How Ridiculous, and Oh My Goal. I coordinated with production and post-production teams, reviewed large volumes of long-form content, provided detailed feedback to editors, and helped maintain consistent creative standards. As Post Production Manager, I worked with performance data and KPIs to evaluate channel and video performance and improve team effectiveness.

At TheSoul Publishing, I worked as a Content Manager focused on Snapchat and social content, while also supporting pages and projects across YouTube and Facebook. My work included adapting long-form content for different platforms, managing publishing workflows, reviewing content, handling quality control, and working with subtitles, approvals, and social media planning.

I have also worked as an Animation & Video Production Lead at Bord Agency, where I supervise video and animation production from the editing stage through final delivery. I review work, coordinate with designers and animators, manage revisions, and make sure projects meet the required creative and technical standards. I’ve worked on projects for clients including Meta, Intel, Data Protocol, and PwC, including educational and explainer content.

My main tools are Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with additional experience in Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, and Logic Pro. I also use AI video and creative tools such as Kling, Seedance, Nano Banana, ElevenLabs, and Suno to improve production workflows and explore new ways of creating and enhancing content.

I’m particularly interested in video editing, motion design, social media content, educational and explainer videos, performance-driven content, AI-assisted production, and creative leadership. I enjoy working on projects where editing is more than simply assembling footage, especially when I can contribute to structure, pacing, visual direction, post-production workflow, and the overall quality of the final piece.
