At Kosovo Basketball Federation, I developed and implemented marketing and communications strategy across social media, digital platforms, competitions, and national teams. I also coordinated with broadcasters, production partners, sponsors, and international stakeholders, including FIBA and FIBA Europe.

As a freelancer, I’ve photographed events including the Champions League and Nations League, and created official content for KB Sigal Prishtina and KB Trepça. My visuals and short-form videos generated over 1 million views across official basketball team pages.

At TV Klan Kosova, I presented more than 2,000 live television shows. I also co-founded Posta Mik Mik, a logistics company that grew to over 200 employees, and completed an MBA in Sports Management at Escuela Universitaria - Real Madrid, where my thesis focused on fan engagement and digital innovation in football.
