I'm currently supporting Grand Hyatt Kuwait as a Shift Engineering Technician, supervising the MEP Duty Engineering team and maintaining guest-room, building-management, kitchen, bar, and plant equipment. I coordinate with procurement, vendors, contractors, and operational teams to keep facilities running smoothly for guests and residents.

Previously at Hyatt Regency Nairobi, I used CMMS data and IoT-enabled water sensors to move plumbing and asset maintenance from reactive to predictive work. I also developed data-backed CAPEX/OPEX plans, optimized inventory and vendor contracts, and led mechanical and plumbing teams on smart tooling and sustainable techniques.

Across Social House Hotel, Atlantis The Palm, Waldorf Astoria, and City Center Rotana, I've handled plumbing, LPG and gas systems, HVAC, fire safety systems, mechanical repairs, inspections, and preventative-maintenance schedules. I respond quickly to breakdowns while maintaining strict HSEQ compliance and detailed maintenance records.

I bring hands-on building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and facilities-management training, along with experience mentoring teams and coordinating contractors for specialized work.
