Built a class diagram and header file in C++ with class definitions for each object, then patched a bug fix and optimised the codebase with an improved data structure. Wrote and presented a feature proposal to stakeholders, practising clear technical communication across a project team.

Developed a novel heap data structure in Java, demonstrating strong problem-solving and algorithmic skills. Designed a UML class diagram and an entity relationship diagram for a data processor and database, translating requirements into clear technical designs.

Tested applications across web and mobile platforms in a fully remote capacity, reproducing and reporting defects with clear, repeatable steps for distributed teams. Managed multiple concurrent testing projects independently, maintaining accuracy and consistent communication with project coordinators.
