Virtual Assistant and Copywriter for a Lagos cosmetics e-commerce brand, with 100+ product descriptions and a 4.8/5 rating.
NigeriaWhat I'm looking for
I run operations for a cosmetics e-commerce brand in Lagos, serving customers through WhatsApp, Instagram, and Jumia. I manage customer inquiries, complaints, refunds, and order tracking.
For the store, I wrote more than 100 product descriptions that contributed to a 4.8/5 average rating. I also create social media captions, promotional emails, and sales copy.
As a freelance copywriter and virtual assistant, I support small businesses in beauty, e-commerce, and coaching. I write website, product-page, and email-sequence copy, and help with research, data entry, and inbox management.
I understand selling because I’ve sold physical products and handled real customer interactions myself. I’m seeking remote virtual assistant and copywriting roles with international clients.
