What I'm looking for

A fully remote role in procurement, strategic sourcing, tender / bid management or supply chain (B2B sales also considered), with a company hiring in Estonia or across the EU. Full-time or part-time; employment contract preferred (including via EOR). I bring 8+ years of hands-on tendering and sourcing, solid cost modelling and the ability to work in English, Russian and Estonian.

Procurement and tender specialist with 8+ years of end-to-end sourcing experience across public and private tenders, managing spend in the hundreds of thousands of euros per year. I run the full cycle: tender documentation analysis, supplier qualification, RFx, negotiation, contract award, customs clearance and delivery, through to claims and dispute resolution. Key results: 100-200 tenders per year with a 10-15% award rate; 5-10% cost reduction on standard categories; consistently met a minimum 5% volume discount KPI on large lots. Strong in TCO and landed-cost modelling, framework agreements, Incoterms 2020, sanctions screening (EU, UN, OFAC), procure-to-pay, Oracle ERP and advanced Excel. Categories: aviation and airfield equipment, electrical components, machinery, generators, metals, industrial and food raw materials. Languages: Russian (native), Estonian (C1), English (B2).
