I've built logistics SaaS products at Blume Global and WiseTech Global, delivering customer portal features for CargoWise Neo used by 17,000+ organisations across 174 countries. My work spans shipment visibility, customs declarations, booking workflows, tracking maps, and reliability-focused defect fixes for Fortune 500 customers.
