What I'm looking for

I’m looking for work that draws on my experience in incident management, user access management, mobile device management, VPN, Active Directory, and governance projects.

At US Foods, Inc, through Wipro Private Limited, I supported Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and IAM operations. I managed global accounts and mailboxes, handled Service-Now projects, and maintained change approvals through JIRA.

I supported user access provisioning, single sign-on, MFA, and identity management integrations. My work also covered group policies, VPN and drive troubleshooting, and account governance under corporate policies.

At Williams Lea Tag/Value Labs, I administered Active Directory accounts and supported the full user access management lifecycle. I also supported MDM through Intune, VPN access, MFA, SSO, and AWS Workspace access.
