At Guidewire Software, I own AWS infrastructure across 7–8 regions, designing for failover, replication, and cost optimization across distributed platforms.
I build Go automation for Cosmos and Temporal workflows, manage Terragrunt-driven Terraform infrastructure, and operate the Data Delivery Monitor to identify Kafka delivery issues before they reach customers.
I strengthen platform reliability and security through Kubernetes operations, Datadog and CloudTrail monitoring, Brinqa vulnerability remediation, and CI/CD collaboration with Cloud Engineering and Product Development teams. I also serve as the EMEA point of contact during major incidents and customer calls.
Previously, I supported Watson Health products at IBM Ireland and automated deployments and production processes for Nomura Services India through Larsen & Toubro Infotech. I enjoy mentoring engineers, leading scrum sessions, and improving the developer and customer experience during high-pressure operational work.
