Divyansh Luthra

I've delivered database engineering for Morgan Stanley, Allianz, American Express, Airtel Africa, Banco de Crédito del Peru, and India's Passport Seva project. My work spans DB2 LUW, Oracle, Netezza, SQL Server, production tuning, high availability, and cross-platform migration.

At Genpact Headstrong supporting Morgan Stanley Tax Technology, I developed and troubleshot stored procedures, SQL/PL/SQL, and Python scripts while guiding DB2 LUW design and change decisions around production stability. I also delivered Oracle-to-DB2 and mainframe DB2-to-DB2 LUW migrations supporting Tableau reporting layers.

I've designed HADR, Q-Replication, Federation Server, backup and recovery strategies, ETL approaches, and database security controls for enterprise production environments. On the Passport Seva project, I supported a national-scale OLTP/OLAP system with more than 95% uptime across managed databases.

I also run an independent IT consultancy providing database, scripting, automation, product-cataloguing, and data-tooling solutions for small businesses. I enjoy mentoring DBAs and developers, leading knowledge transfer, and serving as an escalation point for complex database and SQL issues.
