I’m a BCA student specializing in Machine Learning and Software Development, building predictive models and AI-driven applications. I focus on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to turn raw data into actionable insights.

In my current 3-month Machine Learning Internship, I developed a Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score prediction model using supervised learning and improved performance through data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering. I also evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and validation techniques, and I conduct EDA to surface trends and key influencing factors.

Earlier, I built a Python-based Inventory Management System using GUI development, database management, and data visualization. My projects—CSAT prediction, Tesla stock price forecasting, fraud detection using hybrid AI + rule-based logic, and audio emotion recognition with MFCC and other features—reflect my analytical mindset and my drive to create efficient, user-friendly applications.
