At HotWax Systems Pvt. Ltd. (HotWax Commerce), I investigated operational and data-processing issues across client OMS instances and monitored dashboards in Apache Superset. I also performed data and financial reconciliation using SQL and Excel.

I built the Refund Exception Finder, a Python tool that compares Shopify refund data with HotWax Commerce OMS data and exports refunds missing from the OMS. It replaced a manual check taking approximately 30 minutes with a one-click workflow.
