I’m a Backend Engineer with 4 years building and scaling critical production systems across fintech and high-growth startups. At Juspay, I owned architecture end-to-end, guided product decisions, and delivered high-reliability distributed systems and event-driven pipelines.
As a Solo Architect to Team Lead, I defined the production tech stack and led system design, deployment, and operations from day one. I scaled the team from 1 to 8 engineers, led design reviews, and established on-call systems, alerting, and SOPs to protect SLA adherence for settlement workflows.
I’ve also delivered measurable platform outcomes: scaling a card payment gateway from zero to 10K+ daily transactions, improving throughput by 2.5x, and reducing build time from 35 minutes to 4 minutes. I build with an obsession for observability, automation, and correctness—whether it’s Kubernetes-hosted microservices in Haskell or agentic AI pipelines like JobSherpa that generate ATS scoring and interview roadmaps.
