What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Staff/Senior QA role where I can lead Agile testing, strengthen traceability (RTM), and expand automation using Cypress/JS—while owning end-to-end quality for web and mobile products, including validation deliverables in regulated environments.

I’m a Staff Test Engineer with 8+ years of experience in IT software and pharmaceutical environments, supporting clients such as BMW, SunPharmaceuticals Industries Limited, and S&P Global. I focus on end-to-end testing—web, UI, regression, performance, and API—backed by strong defect management and traceability.

In my recent role at Naggaro (May 2024–Present), I lead test execution and documentation, own RTM and test-case creation/update, and drive quality using tools like Zephyr, JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, and Azure DevOps. I also support API testing with Insomnia and web app functionality and UI testing with structured bug reporting and root-cause analysis.

Previously at Pure Software Ltd, I worked across LIVE dashboards and performed operations testing using Postman, while using tools like PGAdmin/MySQL-style queries, MongoDB, BrowserStack, Kubernetes (log checking/message publish), and Agile sprint monitoring. I’ve also done GXP validation work—reviewing deliverables like URS/FRS/SDS, Test Plans/Scripts, RTM, and Test Summary Reports—along with IOQ/PQ/WQC and user acceptance/performance testing.
