I am a rehabilitation nurse committed to person-centered care and optimizing function for people with disabilities. I apply the bio-psycho-social model to design holistic plans that respect patients' goals, culture and support systems.

I bring expertise across acute, restorative and long-term phases—early mobilization, ADL training, assistive devices, wheelchair training and therapeutic modalities such as hydrotherapy, manual therapy and electrotherapy. I collaborate closely with physicians, physiotherapists, occupational and speech therapists, psychologists and social workers to achieve measurable goals.

I prioritize patient and family education, SMART goal-setting, advocacy and community reintegration to reduce readmissions and improve independence. I aim to lead interdisciplinary teams and contribute to community-based rehabilitation and capacity-building initiatives.
