I’m a physiotherapist trained with a BSc Hons Physiotherapy (Upper second class) who focuses on improving recovery through clear patient communication and a multidisciplinary approach. I assess physical abilities and limitations to develop personalised treatment plans that fit each patient’s goals.

Since 2022, I’ve worked as a physiotherapist at Momentum Physiotherapy Clinic, handling patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment documentation, and tailored treatment plans with home exercise programs. I lead clinic coordination and administrative work, provide patient education on ergonomics and safe weight lifting, and run group rehabilitation sessions to support long-term outcomes.

Currently, I also serve as a locum physiotherapist (Borrowdale Medical Clinic, April 2025–present) and volunteer with Health at Heart Foundation, delivering outreach, group therapy, and assistive devices to communities. I bring additional strengths from certificates in advanced first aid, first aid proficiency, and Ponseti management, using manual manipulation, massage, electrotherapy, and exercise prescription to help patients return to function.
