At Agentous AI, I design and evaluate production agent systems for high-stakes financial-services workflows. I translated lending and operational policies into machine-executable playbooks, and grounding and validation work helped deliver a client acceptance release with zero observed hallucinations.

At InterbaseCorp, I built an entity-normalisation service for noisy caller speech that resolved 25 of 26 locations in prototype tests. I also designed PostgreSQL caching and change-detection gates; in a 200-event live-feed smoke test, a repeat run dropped from approximately 199 seconds to 0.3 seconds with zero output drift.
