At VMware by Broadcom, I lead delivery of VMware Cloud Foundation and multi-cloud projects for enterprise customers across BFSI, Government, and ITES. I work directly with CIOs and senior IT leaders on complex engagements.
I govern concurrent projects across scope, schedule, cost, and quality, and maintain project profitability through budget control, schedule forecasting, and revenue tracking. I also manage risks, escalations, and formal change sign-off.
At TE Connectivity, I managed development of TE App, an internal tool to identify technology meeting new customer requirements, and owned delivery of in-house material to close a vendor dependency gap. I also developed standardized PMO tools and templates.
Earlier at TE Connectivity, I supported the full product development lifecycle, from voice of customer through design, testing, and qualification. At Byju's, I contributed to K-12 content and product development, including research and storyboarding.
