Managed client projects across digital, web, and campaign initiatives, acting as primary liaison between clients and delivery teams. Led teams of 7-8 members through Agile execution, testing, and implementation, and supported digital marketing programmes.

Managed technology engagements for clients including SBI Mutual Fund and Axis Bank, using Power BI for business-performance analysis and reporting. Led a 4-5 member delivery team coordinating front-end and back-end implementation.

Co-founded an EdTech venture and established a business alliance with Butterfly Edufields Pvt Ltd, a STEM learning-solutions provider. Assessed school requirements across Western India and contributed to approximately 10% sales growth in Mumbai.

Worked across pre-sales and delivery for enterprise clients including ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Tech Mahindra, Reliance Mutual Fund, IDFC and Tata Teleservices. Translated client requirements into functional and contextual requirements for delivery teams.
