I’m a motivated Computer Science graduate with hands-on IT support experience in a professional healthcare environment, where reliable systems and fast resolution matter. I’ve learned to stay calm under pressure, diagnose issues quickly, and keep downtime as low as possible.

In my ICT Intern role at Lagos State Health Management Agency, I configured and maintained DHCP protocols and Wi‑Fi network infrastructure to support daily agency operations. I also provided first-line IT support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly.

I’m comfortable communicating technical solutions clearly to different audiences. I delivered end-user training on 3D modelling tools, showing that I can explain complex concepts to non-technical staff while supporting day-to-day productivity.

I bring a strong learning mindset supported by certifications across cybersecurity, Java, Oracle SQL, and related fundamentals (EC‑Council, Oracle, and more). I’m especially excited to apply this foundation in an IT support or network-focused role while continuing to grow in cybersecurity and software development.
