At BitGo, I designed and built chat-with-data, an agentic Slack chatbot on RAG infrastructure that gives clients, partners, and internal teams self-serve insights on BitGo products. It reduced data support tickets by 50%.
I also architected billing and analytics systems that cut processing time by 90%, and deployed anomaly detection that reduced anomalies by 90%. Before BitGo, I co-founded Yushu Excellence Technologies, a VC-funded healthcare AI startup, and helped deploy its voice intelligence product across seven hospitals and private clinics.
