What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a dynamic and challenging career where I can contribute positively and apply my professional knowledge and interpersonal skills for mutual benefit.

At Abhinav institute of technology and management( Eureka Outsourcing Solutions), I worked as a Customer care executive on the HDFC (Kisan Gold Card process). I performed monthly quality analysis and sent emails to the client.

I processed and corrected data entry errors on a daily basis, and coordinated with the client about product updates.

At Poonawalla Fincorp Pvt.Ltd, I worked as a Sr.Executive on the Business Loan Process. I briefed CPA agents about policy updates and provided training, support, and guidelines to new members.

I monitored team progress, processed cases with sales and credit managers, and provided financial documents to credit, including CMR reports, Karza report, and Statement of accounts. I also have a B.Com and M.Com from Savitribai Phule university pune.
