What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use my creating skills and retail visual merchandising experience to drive store performance, mentor teams, and contribute to the growth of both myself and the organization.

I’m a Regional Visual Merchandiser focused on elevating store standards through strong visual design, commercial readiness, and consistent execution. My work blends fashion fundamentals with practical retail execution—so every display supports the season launch, sale setup, and overall brand story.

In my current role, I handle 5 international brands (Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, U. S. Polo, Arrow and flying machine) while managing existing and newly opened stores. I’m responsible for the complete west region—Maharashtra, gujrat, MP, CG—traveling to check display standards and guidelines, and giving VM training to newly joined staff.

Previously, I served as Visual Merchandisers Manager at H&M, leading all season launch and sale setups while training staff on commercial visual-related aspects. I also managed VM related reports and data, coordinated commercial print material and windows display props, and supported store responsibilities as a fixture responsible. Earlier experience includes Visual Merchandiser at Jack And Jones (season launch, EOSS setup, weekly changes and reporting), and Fashion Consultant & Acting Visual Merchandiser at Nautica, where I coordinated with vendors and tracked sales impact through VM changes; I began my career as a Fashion Stylist with exposure like being featured in Times of India for outfit creation.
