What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable backend-heavy products, own system design, and collaborate with distributed teams on high-quality engineering work. I'm open to remote roles with EST overlap and relocation.

At SwagUp, I architected and led the backend for Aloha, a B2B enterprise operations platform, cutting API response times from seconds to milliseconds through Redis caching, query optimization, and database indexing. I built AWS-based microservices, reliable SQS/DLQ Salesforce sync, Elasticsearch search for 20K products, and REST, GraphQL, and React features for SwagUp’s customer platform.

I've also built Node.js systems for Singapore’s Healthy 365 government health platform under 90% test-coverage gates, led backend delivery for an agritech platform, and developed real-time WebSocket and Redis features for a fantasy-sports platform serving 100K+ concurrent users. I enjoy owning system design, building fault-tolerant services, and helping teams ship quality software across time zones.
