Dinusha prageeth Karunarathna
@dinushaprageethkarun
I am an applied mathematics undergraduate specializing in computational modeling and data science.
What I'm looking for
I am an applied/computational mathematics undergraduate with a strong foundation in analytical modeling, numerical methods, and scientific computing. I specialize in fluid dynamics simulations, finite-difference modeling, and numerical integration techniques.
I have developed C and MATLAB programs for ship stability analysis and for solving one-dimensional shallow water equations, producing practical results used in academic projects. I hold certificates in data visualization and data analysis and have led and coordinated departmental symposia and student events.
I am seeking collaborative research or entry-level roles where I can apply numerical methods, data science, and scientific computing to real-world problems. I communicate complex ideas clearly and bring leadership experience organizing technical activities.
