I provide individual counselling and psychosocial support through Zambia's Ministry of Health, helping clients navigate trauma, sexual assault, GBV/IPV, depression, grief, substance use, relationship challenges, HIV, and chronic illness.
I'm a licensed counsellor committed to confidential, ethical, client-centred care, with training in clinical psychology, social work, psychosocial counselling, supervisory counselling, Mental Health First Aid, and GBV/IPV support. I also deliver remote emotional support, psychoeducation, referrals, and family and couples counselling.
