At Ferryhopper, I manage L1–L3 IT support for 100+ employees while administering GitHub and more than 50 SaaS applications, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, ClickUp, Intercom, PowerBI, and Figma.
I've implemented SSO and OIDC, migrated company identity management and MDM to JumpCloud, managed Bitdefender endpoint security, and contributed to NIS 2 compliance initiatives. I also built an AI-powered agent and automated onboarding and offboarding workflows, reducing provisioning time from days to hours.
