At the University of the Aegean – Labour Geography Research Lab, I led development of Skillscapes, Inclusive Urban Societies, YOUTHShare and e-ResLab, bringing socioeconomic, employment and housing data across EU NUTS-2 regions into geodatabases and WebGIS platforms.
I also designed an automated swimming-pool detection pipeline for municipalities using aerial and satellite imagery, SAM-based segmentation, OpenStreetMap footprints and Python preprocessing. At the National Technical University of Athens, I built an Employment Observatory for peripheral EEA regions in four countries undergoing energy transition and industrial decline.
