At Melco Resorts & Entertainment, I lead the implementation and continuous improvement of information security policies, procedures, and controls. I manage security initiatives supporting ISO 27001, GDPR, and internal requirements, and conduct risk assessments, audits, and control reviews.

Previously, as Head of Information Security at Tototheo Maritime, I established and administered the Information Security Management System and owned the Business Continuity Plan. I oversaw assessments, testing, audits, and investigations, reducing external vendor costs by more than €120,000.

At IronFX - Notesco Group, I established the organisation’s first Information Security Management System in a regulated financial services environment. I also introduced processes aligned with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and defined the workflow for vulnerability management.

Earlier, I supported information and cybersecurity controls for Cyprus operations at Melco Resorts & Entertainment and conducted independent security and IT control assessments at FxPro Financial Services. I also own CISO Times, an information security website, and am designing and developing 01GRC, a governance, risk, and compliance platform.
