I’m a CPA-candidate with over 4 years of progressive accounting experience across public accounting and private industry. I focus on high-quality audit execution—financial statement audits, internal control evaluation, and compliance work—backed by a strong grasp of GAAP and GASB standards.

In public accounting at Nawrocki Smith, LLP, I performed financial statement audits for not-for-profit and governmental entities in accordance with GAAS. I execute risk assessments, evaluate internal controls, and complete both substantive and compliance testing, while preparing audit workpapers that support financial statement assertions and conclusions.

I also drive Single Audit engagements under Uniform Guidance, including preparation of the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (SEFA). I draft audit reports and management letters that translate control findings into clear, actionable internal control recommendations.

Before that, as a Staff Accountant with Seabreeze General Construction, I supported monthly and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement analysis. I’ve also developed Excel-based tracking tools for project costs and performance, while supporting budget preparation and cost estimation—skills that strengthen how I approach audit evidence and reporting deliverables today.
