What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead with data-driven strategies, strengthen curriculum and communication, and apply my technical troubleshooting mindset to support continuous improvement for students and teams.

I’m a Biology and Anatomy Teacher and department leader with over seven years of experience turning information into action. I combine a data-driven problem-solving mindset with clear communication to strengthen learning and student performance.

As a department head, I oversee curriculum alignment and lead cross-department communication and visitations. I’ve developed and executed a dynamic, data-driven curriculum strategy by analyzing performance metrics to improve student outcomes.

Previously, I worked as an Academic Tutor, building academic curriculum based on individual students’ strengths and weaknesses. I also served as an academic liaison between students and families, translating complex educational concepts into actionable home-based reinforcement strategies.

Earlier, I held IT Support and Systems Specialist roles providing remote and on-site IT support for 100+ users. I supported troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues—experience that strengthens how I approach continuous improvement in the classroom.
