As an experienced Business Analyst with over 3 years of expertise, I excel in identifying business needs and optimizing processes to drive data-based decisions. My proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Excel, and Confluence has enabled me to deliver solutions that enhance business performance and expedite project delivery.

In my current role at Papertrl Inc., I work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. I facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize business requirements for new product features. My strong communication skills and attention to detail have been instrumental in managing support tickets and ensuring minimal disruption to processes.

My journey began with an internship at Brandix Essentials, where I assisted in gathering business requirements and ensuring alignment with project goals. I have a solid educational background with a Bachelor of Industrial Information Technology (Honors) from UVA Wellassa University, where I actively participated in various clubs and represented my country in the National Youth Model United Nations.
