At CEAT Kelani International Tyres, I lead 16 concurrent digital transformation initiatives spanning enterprise systems, mobile platforms, analytics, and workforce enablement. I manage projects from initiation through closure using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods.

I launched the CEAT Connect mobile app to more than 500 dealer users on time and within budget, built a Snowflake and Power BI platform integrated with SAP S/4HANA, and scaled barcode traceability into production with real-time KPI visibility. I also built a 20-member Power BI Champions team across six departments and delivered the Gold Award-winning LevelUp employee digital-learning transformation.

Earlier, I delivered HRM system roadmaps and change requests at Cemex Software, and supported client projects including reservation, supplier registration, bookkeeping, and certificate-generation systems at Jigsaw Ensemble. I bring hands-on business analysis, vendor coordination, governance, risk management, and stakeholder leadership to projects that improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
