What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead engineering for agentic AI and event-driven platforms—turning multi-agent ideas into reliable, governed products. I want teams that value testing automation, observability, and cross-team execution.

I’m a Lead Engineer focused on turning agentic AI into production-ready platforms—especially multi-agent ecosystems with reliable governance and integration patterns. At Target, I defined integration architecture for onboarding domain agents into an agentic, multi-team environment.

I build reusable agent frameworks and orchestration capabilities that standardize agent-to-agent (A2A) communication, reducing onboarding effort and accelerating delivery. I also tackle cross-agent concerns like authentication, session management, routing, planning, and coordination, and I drive cross-team alignment on platform standards.

Previously, as an Sr Engineer at Target, I designed and productionized an Agentic AI-based Supplier Onboarding solution using custom agents, MCP tooling, guardrails, and validation frameworks. I also led modernization of the Contact platform with an event-sourced, Target-owned architecture, eliminating data fragmentation and reducing incidents by 80%.

Earlier at Fidelity Investments, I contributed to bond portfolio management and trading platforms by building and testing REST APIs (Java, Spring Boot) and migrating distributed services to AWS. I redesigned an Angular dashboard for Portfolio Managers (+70% improvement), and I delivered analytics tooling (Python/Flask) and automation (Java CLI) recognized by the Eureka Innovation Award and Cloud Catalyst Innovation Award.
