I'm seeking an MIS Analyst, Reporting Analyst or Data Analyst role focused on data-driven insights and reporting improvement.

At Deloitte Shared Services India LLP, I developed operational analyses of recruitment pipeline status and HR activities, and created HR scorecards to track KPIs and support forecasting and capacity planning. I also generated management reports and provided analytical support for data-driven decisions.
