I’m looking for a role where I can own MIS reporting and analytics, partner with IT and operations to improve workflows, and use Excel/ERP to deliver accurate dashboards, strong documentation, and reliable decision support.

I’m a dedicated MIS / Operations Analyst with 4+ years of experience in data management, finance operations, system support, and process improvement. I focus on data accuracy, clear documentation, and problem-solving to help teams make faster, better decisions.

In my current role as an MIS Analyst, I design, develop, and deliver daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports covering mall operations KPIs such as sales, footfall, occupancy, and financial metrics. I validate data through integrity checks and partner with IT to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and enhance system reliability—improving reporting accuracy and ensuring on-time MIS cycles.

Previously, as an Associate Manager – Operation Executive (MIS & Trade Operations), I managed end-to-end trade transactions (Letters of Credit, Documents Against Payment, and export documentation) while coordinating with IT on system redesign, UAT support, and workflow re-engineering. Earlier, as an MIS Executive – E-commerce, I supported major e-commerce accounts by producing sales and operational reporting, handling PO/GRN/GDN workflows, and improving stock availability through proactive customer coordination.
