Film & Digital Media graduate from UC Santa Cruz with a background spanning freelance content production, client-facing instruction, and social media management. I've spent the last few years working directly with clients — managing schedules, adapting communication styles, and delivering projects independently across industries including branded content, real estate, and ocean sports.

I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, which has been an asset working with diverse clients and communities in Los Angeles. On the production side, I've handled everything from creative direction and location scouting to filming with drone and cinema equipment and final delivery — always as the sole point of contact for the client.

I'm now looking to transition into a remote Customer Success or Account Coordinator role, ideally at a SaaS, media, or creative-tools company. I'm drawn to roles where I can own client relationships, help people get real value from a product, and work across time zones. I'm currently based between Los Angeles and Southeast Asia and am set up to work remotely full-time.
