At BIGDATA, I coordinated and tracked technology projects for public, private, and academic organizations, including projects with Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira through Laboratorio SIRIUS. I managed schedules, risks, requirements, and project documentation, and coordinated work between clients and development teams.
For the platform supporting mora and cacao producers, I helped define its functionality, gathered requirements from producers, and coordinated administrative work across the development team. I also conducted functional tests, trained users, prepared manuals, and tracked incidents in GitLab.
On data science projects, I prepared and cleaned data with Python, Pandas, and NumPy, and supported basic analyses using linear regression and charts. I also followed 21 technology projects for the Fortalecimiento TI 4.0 project for the Gobernación de Risaralda.
