What I'm looking for

I’m looking to teach in an engaging dual-language/ESL setting where I can refine lesson delivery, use evaluation and KPI-style analysis, and coach students and teams to strengthen learning outcomes and family communication.

I’m an Elementary Teacher and Dual Language Educator with an M.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies and Texes EC-6 certifications in ESL and Professional Ethics. I focus on turning observations into better instruction through quality assurance, evaluation, and continuous refinement.

Since 2017, I’ve planned, assessed, and refined lesson delivery to improve learning outcomes. I facilitate communication with families, peers, and administrators, and I deliver performance feedback and support to peers and assistants to strengthen classroom teamwork.

Before education, I led customer-facing and operations roles in banking, including Lead Teller Operations and Personal Banker work. Those experiences strengthened my cross-functional communication, coaching, process improvement, KPI and performance analysis, and problem-solving—skills I bring into a student-centered, dual-language learning environment.
