What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote Accounting Assistant, Bookkeeper, Junior Accountant, or Finance Assistant role with a global organization, where I can support accurate financial operations, collaborate across time zones, and continue developing my accounting skills.

At Prime Tanks Kenya Limited, I support day-to-day accounting for a manufacturing business, from transaction posting and invoice processing to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments, and bank reconciliations.

I use QuickBooks, Tally, and Excel to maintain accurate records, prepare management accounts and financial reports, support payroll and VAT compliance, and investigate account discrepancies. I also coordinate with suppliers, procurement, operations, and finance teams to keep information timely and well documented.

Previously at Orina and Company, I supported financial statement audits, internal-control reviews, reconciliations, audit testing, and compliance documentation across multiple client accounts.
