At LAW OFFICES OF SEAN LEWIS, I independently manage an active caseload of approximately 150 immigration matters, from initial intake through filing, adjudication, and post-decision proceedings.

I prepare family-based petitions and applications, and assist with complex waivers and humanitarian matters including VAWA, U visas, and asylum applications.

I assist attorneys with legal research and substantive briefs, motions, and appeals, including removal defense and BIA matters. I also review filing packages and evidence for submissions to USCIS, EOIR, the BIA, and other government agencies.

I train and guide legal assistants on case preparation and immigration workflows, while communicating with clients in English and Spanish. I use LollyLaw, LawLogix, Clio, and PrimaLaw for case management and deadline tracking.
