What I'm looking for

I seek a paralegal role in a law firm where I can apply bilingual immigration expertise, manage caseloads, support clients through filings and hearings, work within a collaborative team, and continue professional growth while meeting deadlines.

I am a bilingual legal professional with a Law bachelor’s degree and a Master in International Law, experienced in U.S. immigration processes and client-facing intake work.

I prepare, review, and file nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, including family-based petitions, adjustment of status, provisional waivers, naturalization, VAWA, asylum, EOIR filings, and cancellation of removal. I collect evidence and coordinate documentation for filings and hearings.

I have served as an intake specialist and immigration document preparer and previously processed high-volume mortgage loans, routinely reviewing credit reports, income documentation, and lender guidelines. I am proficient with Microsoft Office, Dropbox, MyCase, Clio, and Docketwise, and I translate documents between Spanish and English.

I am deadline-driven, detail-oriented, and client-focused. I seek a paralegal/legal assistant role where I can apply my bilingual skills, immigration filing experience, and strong case-management abilities to deliver quality legal services.
