What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead user-centered research, turn interviews into prototypes, and improve real product experiences—ideally in a fast-moving team that values accessibility, clear UX, and measurable impact.

I’m an Interaction Designer and UX Researcher with a background in IT engineering. I work across research, brand, and product design to build digital experiences that are easier and more useful for real people.

I’m comfortable taking a project from user interviews to final prototype, and I’ve worked in fast-moving startup environments. As a UI/UX Designer and Graphic Designer (Remote), I built a brand identity system from scratch—then audited the UX and documented improvements across major touchpoints.

In my Publicus work, I ran 100 surveys before any design work and used the findings to restructure a multilingual service navigator chatbot, reducing unnecessary follow-up questions in emergency scenarios by 77.8%. As a freelance UI/UX Designer, I designed a full website for a 100-year-old family jewellery business, using trust signals throughout and a 4-step appointment booking flow that takes under 60 seconds.

Built a brand identity system from scratch, creating landing pages, dashboards, social media templates, and pitch decks for a startup connecting university mentors with high school students. Audited and improved the main landing page by addressing UX hierarchy, CTA, and dual-audience issues, and designed a shareable LinkedIn achievement card now used as the platform’s main student deliverable.
