At BizAcuity, I build and deploy ML and GenAI features for gaming analytics products and internal tools. I developed the player churn prediction model powering retention workflows in Gamwit, helping teams prioritize at-risk players.

I've built RAG and agentic LLM applications with hybrid retrieval, query rewriting, re-ranking, prompt guardrails, and evaluation harnesses that measure groundedness and catch regressions before release. I also engineer SQL and AWS data pipelines and FastAPI microservices for real-time model and LLM inference.

My work spans Python, statistics, machine learning, MLOps, and production observability—from feature engineering and model evaluation to Docker-based CI/CD, MLflow tracking, and monitoring.
