My most recent role was at Rocket Software, a global leader in enterprise software solutions, where I worked on web and mobile applications, email marketing campaigns, and dashboards for products such as Mobius, Audit and Analytical services, and Cypress. I conducted user research, information architecture, interaction and visual design, prototyping, accessibility compliance, and user testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment throughout the design process. I also initiated heuristic evaluation for outdated applications, framed the hiring criteria and interview process for the design team, and facilitated the task force to redefine the brand and enhance the design system.
