What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a senior or lead backend engineering role where I can drive architecture decisions, build scalable systems, and mentor engineering teams.

I've architected and delivered 6–10 microservices for Alcor Solutions' Letshigh5 employee recognition platform using Django, Docker, ReactJS, and RESTful APIs. Previously at QSS Technosoft, I led teams of 4–6 developers while delivering healthcare, analytics, and contact-management platforms serving 10K+ users.

I build backend systems with Python, FastAPI, Django, Flask, AWS Lambda, Docker, SQL, and NoSQL databases. I've improved API response times, reduced downtime and infrastructure costs, built high-throughput ETL and validation pipelines, and mentored developers through architecture standards and code reviews.
