I built a multi-tenant AI-powered customer support SaaS with tenant-isolated data, secure RBAC, and a real-time embeddable chat widget. It uses confidence-based AI escalation to route low-confidence or frustrated-user sessions to live human support.
With Coveer, I built a parametric insurance platform for gig workers, designed to process disruption data across 50+ Indian cities for 100K+ users/day. Its payout engine calculates hourly income loss and executes wallet credits, reducing payout latency from days to under 24 hours.
I also built Aurora AI, a multi-modal GenAI platform with real-time text, image understanding, and voice transcription, plus persistent vector memory for cross-session context. As an Open Source QA Contributor at GirlScript Foundation (GSSoC ’26), I identified and documented system bugs and UI inconsistencies across open-source web application repositories.
