At Vape-Jet, I co-founded and helped commercialize an industrial robotic dispensing platform combining four-axis motion, machine vision, embedded controls, and precision fluid handling. I helped the company reach profitability within its first year and generate more than $10 million in lifetime sales before it was sold in 2024.
I coordinated product development across engineering, manufacturing, and customer-facing functions, translating requirements and field feedback into priorities and improvements. I also supported the move from prototypes to repeatable production and customer deployment.
As an Independent Business Consultant, I assessed manufacturing workflows and recommended process, quality, and operational improvements for extraction and distillation businesses. I also prepared business-planning materials and regulatory documentation to support licensing and phased facility build-outs.
At Abbott Medical Optics / Wavefront Sciences, I developed and supported precision optical systems, instrumentation, metrology equipment, and manufacturing methods. My work included support for iDesign Refractive Studio and contributions to optical technologies covered by five U.S. patents.
